When the Fitness Together facility opened in Moorestown, I decided
to try the “trainer” one-on-one concept. When I arrived
for my first session, full of confidence and knowing that I could
walk and bicycle forever, I was shocked at the lack of physical conditioning,
I was really out of shape!
My trainer has worked with me to understand my personal goals and
to develop a plan for achieving these goals. My schedule of workouts
consists of an hour every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.
My weight is down by approximately ten pounds, but the reduced inches
on my waist are the exciting improvements. The absolute best positive
change is in my energy level and the way my muscle tone is developing.
Fitness Together is a life altering experience.

I have tried to get in shape many times. The Fitness
Together program of, “One Client, One Trainer, One Goal”,
looked tailor made for me. I just wanted to work with a trainer who
would be there with me to monitor my exercises and keep me focused
during my sessions. After four months, I have gained strength, lost
weight, and changed my eating habits for a healthier and much more
active life. I just do what they tell me to do and good things happen.
My doctor took me off my high blood pressure medication and I look
and feel younger than my sixty- six years. If you are serious about
changing, their program works.

Before Fitness Together, my workout experience had not been very
effective and I found myself doing the same thing. The trainers at
Fitnes Together brings a tremendous amount of enthusiasm, energy
and experience to the workouts. I am always challenged by new exercises.

correctly and get the most value from the time I am in there. Fitness

I have been training with Fitness together for over a year mow.
My goal was to begin a fitness program to gain strength and increase
bone density. The added benefit of working out with the trainers
at Fitness Together is that they mix nutritional tips in with each
work out. They make sure you are eating small meals, drink lots of
water, eating breakfast, and do not eat three hours before you go
to bed. The trainers keep you moving through it all. Fitness Together
gives me the best start of my day.
